Good for the first hour when sitting still is hardest.
Would You Rather A fast-paced activity where the teacher asks would-you-rather questions and students vote by standing up, raising hands, or moving to sides of the room. How to handle finished work. What happens when a student finishes early? Dead time at the end of a task is when behavior problems start. Having a clear, consistent answer posted visibly prevents the question from being asked forty times a day.
