Your first payout typically arrives within 7 days of the first successful transaction. After that, payouts run on a 2-day rolling basis by default. Instant transfers are available for a fee if you need funds sooner.

What payment methods can participants use?
Participants can pay by credit card, debit card, eCheck, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Link. You can also manually record cash or check payments in your dashboard so all collection stays in one place.

Is my financial information secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed by Stripe using industry-standard encryption and fraud detection. SignUpGenius never stores your banking details directly on the platform.

Do processing fees vary by plan?
