We’re excited to round out back-to-school season by awarding one school with $5,000 from our annual giveaway. The winner of this year's giveaway is... Randolph Early College High School!

Anna-Kaye Poole nominated Randolph Early College and shared that the school located in Asheboro, North Carolina is excited about receiving this boost because, "being located on a college campus, we have to use the colleges’ facilities. We are constantly doing fundraisers so we can pay the fees to the college."

The school’s mission is to empower students by maximizing their unique potential through a personalized and engaging academic experience.

Currently in their 17th school year, Randolph Early College is an autonomous high school located in the J.W. "Willie" Plummer Vocational/Technical Center on the Asheboro Campus of Randolph Community College. With 355 enrolled students, the benefits of being located on a local college campus include access to college resources, a small learning community, and focused plans of study. Students who attend earn their high school diploma and up to two years of transferable college credit upon graduation.

Congrats to Randolph Early College High School! We hope this helps you further your efforts this school year and empowers your students in their academic endeavors.

I just wanted to say thank you to the SignUpGenius team for such a fabulous website. I have been organizing a Christmas giving event at my office for almost 15 years. When I first started, I printed off "angels" and typed in wish lists for each kid and mom to be adopted for Christmas gift. ... Last year, I used SignUpGenius for the first time for my event. It has made a significant impact on organizing this event, saving me hours and hours of time. Plus, it allowed me to easily distribute information about the event. It has taken away much of the stress of coordinating this event, and I am able to reflect more on why I do this rather than stress over the details.
