When a Hit Needs a Better System
Before moving online, scheduling chair massages meant paper sign up sheets and plenty of manual coordination. Managing time slots, tracking cancellations, and answering follow- p questions quickly became time consuming.
Rauhala knew there had to be an easier way. After a recommendation from his director—who had used SignUpGenius for school scheduling—he gave it a try.
“It was exactly what I was looking for,” he says. “I got everything set up quickly, without any instructions.”

“I pretty much just send the link and let the system do the rest,” Rauhala says.

Because chair massages happen every month, efficiency matters. One feature Rauhala relies on most is the ability to copy a previous sign up and make a few small updates.
“We just copy the last sign up and change a couple of details,” he says. “It’s a huge time-saver.”
